The Greater Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring their 14th Annual Health and Wellness Fest, “Health is the Greatest Wealth“,  at The Meadow Club, 1147 Rte. 112, Port Jefferson Station. Free and open to the public.

The purpose of the Port Jeff Health & Wellness Fest is to promote good health to all in the local areas of Port Jefferson… Get important information you require to plan and meet your health and wellness needs. Over 60 health and wellness professionals will be participating including our three major local hospitals and sponsors, St. Charles, Mather Hospital – Northwell Health, and Stony Brook Medicine.

St. Charles Hospital will be serving Avocado Toast Bar and a variety of Yogurt Parfaits. And for the fun activities there will be music, painting, rowing, and electric bikes.
